Continental Maid Service started in 1983 by a couple who immigrated to the United States and worked at the only trade they knew – cleaning homes in the continental manner. The guidelines that were set back then are still followed: A thorough cleaning, at a fair price by honest hard working people who believe that the client’s needs come first. Since we started, with over 500,000 cleanings completed, there has not been one claim filed against our bonding insurance.
Our job is to make your life a little easier, and give you a clean home. We love our customers and they love us. Meet The Staff
The owners are Sidney and Allan who have backgrounds in property management where they were responsible for maintaining luxury residential properties before coming to Continental in 1998. Both are devoted to full time executive operation of the business and client satisfaction….. Allan calls it “client happiness”.
Krystyna, our Operations Manager, has been with Continental since she immigrated to the United States in 1986. She is responsible for direct supervision of the cleaning teams and quality control. Need an on-site estimate for your cleaning? Krystyna will be there to discuss it with you.
The friendly voice you hear when you call will be Kathy (since 2012) or Wlodek, (since 2003) real people in our office, not a message machine or answering service. They can make or change your appointment or discuss details of what you would like done.
